What is Bilgifest?

Bilgifest is a customizable knowledge quiz for companies and institutions. It is not a live competition. There is no host or narrator. All your employees can participate simultaneously, regardless of location. All participants must start at the start time you specify. Those who are late will be considered to have not answered the questions asked within that time and will continue with the next question.

How do participants access the games?

Before the competition, participants will receive all information and instructions on how to access the games via SMS. Participants can access the games from their computers or mobile devices using a browser (Chrome, Safari) or by downloading the applications. Participants can access the system by entering their phone number and the one-time verification code received via SMS. They do not need to remember a general password or login code.

How are participants kept informed about the process?

Participants receive all information via SMS from the first to the last stage. This way, when the first round of the competition is played, they will know when the second round will start, whether they were eliminated in the first round, or if they are continuing, thanks to SMS notifications.

What happens if the internet connection is interrupted or the page closes while the participant is playing the game?

All actions, correct answers, and points up to that point are recorded in the system. When they re-enter the game, the system will continue from the question they were on.

How is scoring done?

A time limit is given for each question, which you specify, and the maximum points that can be earned from a question are directly proportional to the difficulty level of the question. There are a total of 5 difficulty levels. Those who answer correctly the fastest earn more points. Every millisecond counts.

Questions and Jokers?

You determine the number of questions asked in each round. If you wish, we can determine the questions in the rounds with questions specific to your company or with questions from our select question archive. We will share the questions that will be asked before each round with you.

Our system allows for 3 joker options. You determine how many of each joker each participant receives for the entire competition. Participants can choose to use all their jokers in the first round or not, and use them in the final round.

How long will it take for the competition to be ready for use?

Once you send us the participant list, the process begins, and customizations, content, and branding may take 2-3 business days to complete.
